How do you actually use this thing?
Skip the feature tour. This page answers the practical questions: what to look at first when you log in, how to read the dashboard, and when each tool is worth your time.
What is MDRM IQ?
MDRM IQ is a regulatory intelligence platform built for community banks, credit unions, and the advisors who serve them. It transforms public call report data from the FDIC into actionable intelligence briefs, audit-ready flag reports, and peer comparisons — all without requiring your institution to upload a single file.
The platform is designed by banking professionals who understand the regulatory examination cycle. Every metric, threshold, and citation traces back to a published regulatory standard. MDRM IQ is an informational tool — it surfaces data and context so your team can make better-informed decisions, but it never makes decisions for you.
How It Works
MDRM IQ pulls your institution's publicly filed call report data from the FDIC BankFind API every quarter. That data flows through a deterministic rules engine based on published regulatory thresholds across capital adequacy, asset quality, liquidity, earnings, concentration risk, interest rate sensitivity, and audit-program attestation.
Flagged metrics are enriched with regulatory citations, peer benchmarks, and source-anchored narrative computed by Proctor. The result is a weekly Field Notes brief delivered to your inbox every Monday at 6:45 AM, plus an on-demand dashboard with scenario planning and exam readiness reports. The full bitemporal audit trail is available on the Institutional plan.
Your dashboard includes an Audit Readiness Score (0–100) that summarizes your institution's overall regulatory posture at a glance. A “What Changed” detector highlights quarterly metric movements so you can see exactly what shifted since the last filing. The Trend Explorer charts 8 quarters of history for every key metric, giving you directional context examiners expect.
On Institutional, the platform extends into a full compliance operations layer: Posture documents your program field-by-field across all 10 regulatory areas with severity-sorted gap reporting; Mock Examiner walks you through a Proctor-led conversational exam (~15-20 min Lite or ~45-90 min Full); the Document Vault stores evidence with cryptographic hash-chain verification; Inquiries turns examiner questions into structured responses pre-filled from your Posture and Vault; and Records provides a unified bitemporal audit trail of every change, upload, and answer.
