15 pagesOne per row in the rail

The rail on the left is the whole product. This guide has a page for every row in it, written against what that surface does today — plus a tutorial to get you moving, the methodology behind the numbers, and a glossary. New here? Start with Getting started.

The rail opens with your own institution's Dashboard, then two chapters: Intelligence, and Exam Readiness — which is two rows, Prepare and Vault. The engine cockpit, the posture editor, the mock examiner, the procedure index, the obligation ledger, the inquiry register and the audit trail all still exist and are all still supported; they are reached from a panel, a tab, a facet or the command palette, and each is written up on the page for the row that is now the way in to it.

MDRM IQ is an informational and exam-preparation tool. It surfaces data, regulatory context and citations. It does not predict examination outcomes, assign ratings, or decide anything for you — every judgement in this guide is one you make.

The Intelligence chapter carries one row the guide deliberately does not describe: Scenarios, which the rail marks In design. Scenario sets are not built, so there is nothing to explain and no page pretends otherwise. When they ship, they get a page here like everything else.
